Refund policy

Merchint is a monthly subscription software service. There are no physical goods.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify. You may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin under Apps → Manage apps → Merchint. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not connected any ad accounts, contact james@merchint.ai for a full refund of that first charge.
